About SuperFox
What is it for?
SuperFox manages family details and accounts for your childcare setting. It produces attractive invoices, register pages, free entitlement returns, milk claims and useful summaries of children’s details. It also contains some functions to help with credit control, your staff and the setting finances.
SuperFox was originally developed as a sustainability initiative with 14 local authorities. Over 4,000 copies have now been shipped.
Is It Expensive?
No – it was originally designed for people who could not afford
to buy childcare software. We also have a good deal for Local Authorities that allows them to use it in their area. If you are interested in using SuperFox drop us a line and tell us about your needs.
How Secure Are Our Children’s Details?
SuperFox database files and backups are encrypted and password protected which means that they cannot be read except by using SuperFox with your correct passwords. Even if you lose a bag containing SuperFox backup files you data is still safe.
How Easy Is SuperFox To Use?
Very easy indeed. SuperFox uses a very intuitive presentation that looks
like a web browser. Once you have mastered a few screens then you can
use the program. SuperFox comes with comprehensive help, a good tutorial
and example data sets to get you started.
How Long Does SuperFox Take To Set Up?
You can get started quite quickly by importing family data into SuperFox from a spreadsheet. In our experience the manual alternative can take about a day for a typical small setting. It is time well
spent and you should save this many time over in the first month of using
the program.
Will SuperFox Be Around In The Future?
Yes. We have taken care to choose and use mainstream technologies which have
all been declared as key to their vendor’s futures, this means no
surprises in the future. SuperFox is designed to work on computers running Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
