Downloads - Staff & Setting
Here are some of the reports in this category.

Daily Register Pages
SuperFox can produce several types of register pages and advanced booking summaries to help with ratio and room planning. These can be filtered by child’s age and session type to make them room-specific. Here is an example of a register page, a booking summary, and a blank register page..

Weekly Register
SuperFox can also produce a weekly register report detailing the children's attendances for an entire week. The last page of the weekly register also has a summary of the number of children that you are expecting by age on each day.

Diaries, Calendars & Timelines
We now have interactive calendars and diaries in SuperFox that are used to display children's attendances, setting reminders and events, the waiting list. These are shortly being extended to include the staff schedules and flexible room plans. Here is an example of the Children's Calendar and Timelines.

Staff & Volunteer Details
This is a summary of staff and volunteer details including their job title, contact details, qualifications including enhanced CRB and paediatric first aid status. It is a useful reference in the setting for contacting staff, checking qualification currency and summarizing staff information for Ofsted and staff development.

Payslips
These payslips show the staff members’ gross pay and an itemised summary of the work for which they are being paid, and their holiday taken and remaining. SuperFox can easily handle multiple pay rates and salaries. The calculated gross pay figure is an easy starting point for your deductions calculations. Staff can see exactly what they have been paid for and, if they need to, they can use the payslips as evidence for their working hours and income for working tax credits.

FIS Profile
This is a summary of the setting details for use on the Families Information Service web site. The profile can be saved as PDF and e-mailed to the FIS, or printed and posted. It makes it easy for settings and local authorities to keep this information accurate and up to date. It can also be a useful part of a setting welcome pack or prospectus.
